Support platform for care leavers
Plataforma PAJE is a partner in the OUTogether project, funded by the European Union through the Rights, Equality and Citizenship funding programme, under the topic “Capacity-building in the area of rights of the child”.
This project is coordinated by APDES (Agência Piaget para o Desenvolvimento) and its partners are Plataforma PAJE, the SIRIUS institution from Croatia and the SAPI institute from Bulgaria. It focuses on the process of leaving residential care, with the aim that young people should be supported as they leave, which makes leaving easier.
OUTogether is a 24-month project and began in April 2018.
