Support platform for care leavers
2017 began with many requests for support and, at this point, Plataforma PAJE has already helped (and is helping) a further 66 young people who lived in institutions. As it cannot (yet) draw on institutional funding, it relies on volunteering, occasional fundraising and membership fees. At the end of 2016 we reached one hundred members. Now that we are in 2017, we would like to let you know that anyone who becomes a member by the date of our anniversary (early May) will be entitled to the status of “Pioneer Member”. The fee is just €1 per month and, as well as helping, you will be entitled to take part in General Assemblies, receive our Newsletter and be informed of events organised by Plataforma PAJE. I believe we will soon be many more “Pajés”, because, besides yourselves, you will surely share this with your contacts.
