Ser Acolhido…para Saber Acolher (Being Cared For… to Know How to Care): Training for Carers in Residential Care Homes (35 hours, certified by DGERT and by PAJE)
General objectives: To provide support to care workers/staff (only those who are supported can support others); to ensure high standards of quality in young people’s transition to independent living, through preparation for independence; to promote a healthy working environment that helps each residential care home achieve its objectives.
We believe this training can be of real value to the teams in residential care homes who, through a set of content tailored to their reality, will be able to develop, adjust or refresh their knowledge.
